The other coffee journey - ie. not espresso or "machine" driven  - is in the hands on, artisanal (soft) brew. Particularly suited to single origin coffees, we have the beans, knowledge and gear to change your view on the morning ritual. Think Chemex, Filter, Hario V60 Pour Over, Plunger, Bellman Stovetops & Syphons, Aeropress... hopefully scales and a timer... and think of a beautiful cup of coffee excellence.
