Toddy Cold Brew Coffee Maker

The Toddy Cold Brew System is designed to make cafe quality, cold brewed coffee.

The traditional hot brewing method creates a higher level of acidity in coffee, which can be difficult for coffee connoisseurs who have a sensitive stomach.  In 1964, Todd Simpson- a chemical engineering graduate, developed and patented this cold brewing system where brew time replaces heat, resulting in lower acidity levels and less undesireable flavours.

The Toddy Cold Brew Maker is very versatile, allowing you to choose your brew time and coffee concentration, allowing you to make it thick and syrupy like cold drip, or delicate and clean like Chemex or V60.

Another big advantage of the toddy is that while it may be less aesthetically pleasing to make than a Cold Drip unit, it allows much better consistancy, and you can make much larger batches at a time. You can also use the Toddy to make cold brewed tea!
